Terms of use
These terms describe the intended Day One usage model: analysis is available for supported templates, while export access can be gated by product policy and paid entitlement.
Usage expectations
- - Upload only files you are authorized to process.
- - Use the service only for supported templates and file types.
- - Do not attempt to bypass export, billing, or abuse protections.
- - Accept that validation output is deterministic and may block unsafe repairs.
Service notes
RowReady is not a general-purpose spreadsheet editor or ETL platform. The product is intentionally limited to the supported Shopify workflow and the associated template rules.
Refund policy
- - Charges are one-time per unlocked export.
- - Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
- - Eligible case: checkout succeeded but export delivery could not be completed.
- - Non-eligible case: user changed mind after successful export download.
